Visual Studio 2012 - Don't make me click!

I prefer my Visual Studio 2012 windows to show themselves when I hover over them with the mouse (as per 2010) - rather than having to click. Here's how to bring that behaviour back:

TOOLS > Options > Environment > Tabs and Windows > Show auto-hidden windows on mouse over
